To limit visitor numbers, customers will be given set times to arrive and depart both for handover and return of the bike.  Customers must arrive and depart promptly to ensure time slots are maintained.  If customers arrive outside of these times you may be turned away.

Customers are advised to arrive in a suitable face mask and gloves and wearing their riding kit.

Motorcycle handovers will be outside unless weather dictates otherwise.

Unless wearing their own, customers will be provided with gloves and mask to wear – these will be left on the seat of your motorcycle

Customers will need to produce their licence and/or ID by leaving them on the motorcycle seat for Spyder verification

Customers will be filmed (from a 2 metre distance) with the bike using Hire Check Form for reference, confirming damage and verbally agreeing on film to understanding the controls and all other requirements.

We will take a final photo of customers with the bike for our records and for social media (if agreed).
