Checa and the Althea Racing Ducati 1098R were once again in impressive form in the World Superbike Championship, this time at Imola taking two wins! Tom Sykes showed that he is getting on with the Kawasaki Racing Team ZX10R by taking second place in both races and Leon Haslam made it two Brits on the podium by bringing the BMW Motorrad Motorsport S1000RR home in third in race one and two!
