Southern Spain, the perfect end to the Spyder Club riding year, with so many glorious roads to ride and enjoy north from the coast in the region of the Costa Blanca, we have to head back.

It’s become the Spyder Club season finally riding trip, with the 2017 outing being our fifth visit to the stunning roads north of Alicante. The riding is fantastic with very little traffic to stop progress and the added bonus of having the option of a day at the Valencia, Ricardo Tormo circuit, to watch the last MotoGP race of the season!

Join us in November on this four night trip and flee the UK winter gloom to ride under sunny Spanish skies, across challenging roads unspoilt by the usual traffic met on British highways. This is a short break that offers like minded company for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Trip Testimonial, Dr Abri and Zack, November 2014: ‘awesome x3….that’s what you guys and Spyder Club are. Love the Spain trip, the challenging rides, fantastic scenery and care and attention for comfort and safety, plus the opportunity to ride different bikes and best of all, the wonderful company.’

Bike hire, fuel and standard MotoGP tickets
Fully comprehensive insurance
Accommodation with breakfast and an evening drink

Airport transfers at allocated times

Costs:

Trip Description

Thu. 2nd November – Mon. 6th November 2017

Days Riding – three plus optional day at Valencia for the MotoGP race or fourth days riding (there is also the option to arrive on Friday afternoon-night)

Approximate mileage – 500 to 700

All guests arrive and depart from Alicante airport in the late afternoon/evening for welcome drinks and introductions at a nearby hotel. Guests will be returned to Alicante airport on Monday afternoon/evening for flights home.

Day one – after breakfast and a briefing, the route points north away from Almansa taking a stunning road, off the beaten track through the groves and arid landscape. Our turning point occurs after a brief ride through the Centro de Interpretacion Parque Natural de las Hoces del Cabriel. The route continues to impress, taking the group south across a superbly challenging, twisty road, through the hills, back towards Almansa, the hotel and a well earned beer!

Day two – again we’ll ride north from the hotel near Almansa staying off the major roads and sticking to the twisty, challenging and exhilarating routes Spyder Club guests enjoy. Again we’ll motorcycle through the dry landscape of Spain enjoying the continually meandering tarmac which will eventually return us to the hotel in the early evening.

Day three – it’s race day, or a riding day for those who don’t wish to go!! We’ll jump into the Spyder Club transport and head to the Valencia Ricardo Tormo circuit for the final round of the 2016 MotoGP world championship. Guests will be free to do their own thing or stay with the group and watch the action before heading back to the hotel, an hour away, for dinner. For those heading off riding, we’ll do exactly that!

Day four – the final days riding and the shortest to make sure there’s time to get guests back to the airport. Heading south in the general direction of Alicante, we once again search out the enjoyable twisties to send guests off with a big smile, before returning to the hotel for a shower and change before heading back to Alicante and the flight home in the afternoon/evening.

Each year the Spyder Club season starts in southern Spain and in 2017 we ventured a little further west and stayed near Ronda. It opened up lots of new roads which were simply brilliant to ride, straight from the hotel.

As ever, guests enjoy swapping between the fleet of bikes on this fly-ride motorcycle trip, taking in the stunning Spanish region of Andalucia and begin their motorcycle season on a high!

Staying in a 4 star hotel in the Sierra de Grazalema Nature Reserve, close to the typical white village of Grazalema.

Flee the winter gloom of the UK to ride under Spanish skies, across entertaining roads unspoilt by the usual traffic met on British highways.

Each route offers something different – from challenging hairpins and twisting mountain roads to fast-flowing, sweeping bends.

This is a short break that offers like minded company for motorcycle enthusiasts and a great fleet of motorcycles to test ride.

Trip Testimonial, Paul S: ‘I booked to go on Spyder Club’s Andalucian trip last February and it turned out to be a memorable and highly enjoyable adventure. I hadn’t ridden high performance bikes for a while but this didn’t matter as today’s bikes are so capable, many having ABS and traction control. Spyder Club’s carefully researched routes took us through fantastic mountain scenery everyday on perfect roads that were almost empty. What a privilege compared with the overcrowded ‘nose-to-tail’ crawl we have to endure everyday in the UK. Mark and Lizzi were the perfect hosts at the villa after each hard day’s riding. I’m going back again and you should definitely add this to your ‘things to do before you die.’

The IOM TT Classic is fast becoming a hugely popular event, already far exceeding the islands expectations! We therefore couldn’t resist returning to the stunning Isle of Man to enjoy another fantastic motorcycle spectacle.

The 2017 Classic TT was a trip down memory lane for all of our guests, the sounds, smells and sights from a bygone era and all within a far more relaxed environment than the TT itself.  Celebrating the history and heritage of the TT and motorcycle racing for amateurs and professionals, it’s also a far easier event to spectate at too with plenty of space by hedges and walls.

Spyder Club are offering an action-packed trip of a life time over four days and nights of motorcycling nostalgia and top flight racing.

Guests will be picked up from Ronaldsway Airport, Isle of Man or Douglas ferry terminal and transported to our accommodation on the coast in Castletown. Spyder Club will have motorcycles waiting and guests will be lead around the stunning island to see some of the diverse coastal and mountain scenery as well as ride the famous TT Mountain course.

Guests will see two days of classic racing around the IoM Mountain Course, enjoy the delights of the Classic TT Paddock in Douglas and the hugely popular Festival of Jurby, as well as the beautiful Isle of Man itself!

It’s become the Spyder Club season finale riding trip, with the stunning roads north of Alicante providing fantastic riding with very little traffic to stop progress.

Join us in November, on this four-night trip and flee the UK winter gloom to ride under sunny Spanish skies, across challenging roads unspoilt by the usual traffic met on British highways. This is a short break that offers like-minded company for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Trip Testimonial, Dr Abri and Zack, November 2014: ‘awesome x3….that’s what you guys and Spyder Club are. Thu. 2nd November – Mon. 6th November 2017

Days Riding – four days riding

Approximate mileage – 700

All guests arrive and depart from Alicante airport in the late afternoon/evening for welcome drinks and introductions at a nearby hotel. Guests will be returned to Alicante airport on Monday afternoon/early evening for flights home.

Day one – after breakfast and a briefing, the route points north taking a stunning road, off the beaten track through the olive groves and arid landscape. Our turning point occurs after a brief ride through the Parque Natural de las Hoces del Cabriel. The route continues to impress, taking the group south across a superbly challenging, twisty road, through the hills, back towards the hotel and a well-earned beer!

Day two – heading off for another great day’s riding and it’s a favourite.  With some amazing roads in the middle of nowhere, or at least that’s what it feels like.  A fantastic day of twisting smooth Spanish roads.

Day three – starting off in a northerly direction from the hotel staying off the major roads and sticking to the twisty, challenging and exhilarating routes Spyder Club guests enjoy. Again, we’ll motorcycle through the dry landscape of Spain enjoying the continually meandering tarmac which will eventually return us to the hotel in the early evening for dinner and drinks.

Day four – the final day’s riding and the shortest to make sure there’s time to get guests back to the airport. We once again search out the enjoyable twisties to send guests off with a big smile, before returning to the hotel for a shower and change and the flight home in the afternoon/evening.
