Days Riding – five
Guests will arrive into Glasgow International Airport on Thursday evening and make their way to the hotel situated nearby for drinks, introductions and dinner depending on your flight arrival time.
Day One – Friday morning will begin with breakfast and a briefing before heading north through the Cairngorms to the Aviemore area.
Day Two – again we’ll head north, towards Inverness and join the North Coast 500 route, visiting John O’Groats prior to turning west. The day ends in Tongue with an evening meal and probably a few beers as we reminisce about a cracking days riding!
Day Three – continuing west until turning south and meandering towards Loch Maree for the night. The roads will largely be good A roads with some single track miles to complete so we can take in the spectacular views only Scotland provides.
Day Four – after a hearty breakfast on Sunday morning we’ll head to Applecross and its famous pass, leaving the North Coast 500 shortly afterwards. We’ll then enjoy one of the best roads of the Highlands, the A87. The day then ends in the Fort William area for our last night.
Day Five – the final day, heading back to Glasgow Airport for the journey home. Our route will take us south, finally running along the shores of Loch Lomond before arriving at Glasgow Airport (International) by no later than 16.00.
